Mainly press board type 2 (PB2) is cut. Type 1 is harder.

Cutting machine：

JAC－100CFC
The thickness is 0.18 to 3.2mm. Two sheets are appropriate for the 1.6mm thick 1000mm wide material.
There is no problem with smaller sizes even if the number increases. Moisture can cause variation in the size by about 7mm. An air conditioner controls the humidity.
The error in the lengthwise or transverse size is restricted according to the product. Consideration is taken into for the cutting direction so that the expanding/shrinking direction becomes the orientation that requires no restriction.
